Stuck in a wet Nottingham, where the news is Sidebottom has turned down a 2 year deal with Notts, lets hope we can get promoted and offer him a three year deal down on the sunny southcoast.

Sussex are expected to name an unchanged side when they take on second-placed Glamorgan in the LV County Championship at Hove tomorrow.

Glamorgan will be without skipper Jamie Dalrymple, who has a broken finger.

There's a post on the sussex messageboard regarding a batsman that would be a bit of coup. Robinson has mentioned something apparently. All hush hush though. I am kind of hoping it's Solanki.

He had a couple of decent games, but am not sure he was fit.

However for the second season in a row Yassir has been ordinary and is not a strike bowler.
