With all the talk about Saturday and Stockport I had forgot about this. Final is on Monday 3 p.m. at Priory Lane.

Anyone else going to see us lift some silverware?

I will be there, it would be rude not to, as its only a few minutes walk away:lol:
Should be a couple of thousand there if the weather holds up

I went there last year, which was a bit of a dull affair to be honest. Also our team consisted of players who looked like they KNEW they would be released by the club imminently. Players like Rents, Reid et al.

We still won though! :)

It's £10 this year, I think that might put a few people off.

I'll be there as it's a few minutes from my house.

Eastbourne Borough will have a fair few people there, as it's there only chance to get some silverware, and it's there home ground.

Would be interesting to see our line up though.

I heard that the reserves also have a game Tuesday against Lewes. Though looks like that has been moved to the Wednesday

A tenner!! Blinking flip! What's the cost to get into a county one game this season?? £6/7??

Remember, you have to pay a premium so all the old codgers and walking dead in blazers from County F.A. plus assorted hangers on from clubs around the County can have a free post match nosh up at your expense.......

County officials get a pass which allows them to attend any match within that county. Palace used to get annoyed when I demanded a ticket for the match aty Smelhurst against us. It is FA rules that all clubs take part in their county cups at whichever level they are ie. Lower Junipor Junbior Intermediate or Senior. Palace used to go get an exemption and not play in the Surrey Senior Cup but in return they played the winners on their ground in a pre season game in aid of the County Benevolent Fund, which aids players at all levels.

Any ideas what the line up will be? This is a rough guess based on who wasn't really involved on Saturday. Perhaps Louis in for McLeod. Dunno if Davies will be involved..

Sullivan; Brencher, Hinshelwood, Hawkins, Mayo; Carole, Royce, El-Abd, McLeod; Dixon, Murray.

It is a reserve team don't forget, I can't see the likes of Murray getting a game, and it would be a risk anyway as he's not 100% fit yet. It was a good game last year against Crawley, but our fans were outnumbered two to one. Borough has a nice ground and a nice bar and it should be a good day out, but £10 is a bit steep.
