Even if it did, the points would only be applied when the game was played, so I'm afraid it wouldn't be much help to you....
However having looked at the ticket situation there are plenty of play off tickets left currently, so if you're quick off the mark you should be ok.

No, it won't be free!
As said, it's run by the Sussex FA.
I understand they 'hire' the stadium, set the prices, and I assume they have an agreement over refreshments (revenue)
