As I was leaving the ground there must have been at least 10 radio cars with sirens on driving towards the ground. Anyone know why?

Also, as I got to preston circus, under the rail brigde by Springfiled road(ish) there was a good 10 coppers on foot with flash lights. Did anyone else see this?
