Where exactly have you heard this, and from who? Havent seen or heard anything official anywhere at all?

Club said Salisbury has left and Argus said Kirtley has left.. Plus Sussex are now advertising for one coach to oversea 4day and limited over sides. Not long ago club were saying it was best way forward to have 2 separate coaches. It just seems only people that are blameless for our demise are the 2 people in charge CEO and Director of cricket.
It is not as if they didnt know what they were getting with Salisbury and Kirtley as Greenfield must have known them for over 20 years

Argus said Kirtley has left.

Thats a real shame if true about Kirts.
Hes been great with the young bowlers coming through for the last few years, although I see its only "the Argus understands that...", rather than an official statement to the media from the club.

*Maybe hes going back to just being bowling coach as previously?

Thats one of the problems from the top. No communication. When they do no idea who the statement is from.

Pujara down to come back in 2023

Cheteshwar Pujara to play for Sussex in the 2023 season too

Although India have a 2 match series in the West Indies scheduled for July/August, presumably just to annoy me.

Thanks god for that. Might be able to draw a couple of matches to keep us off the foot of division 2.

Nice to see Bertie Foreman earn a rookie contract with the club after a good summer with Sussex and England...and following in his granddads footsteps with SCCC.
Bertie's dad was my wife's brother-in-law for many years, and we still have close contact with the family...Bertie even calls my lad Frankie his cousin (even if not strictly true), & its nice to see them out there representing the county together.
A happy day for the family.

Met Dennis just a few years back in the park. Great man and great story. Wish I'd played for Sussex and the Albion.

A real Gentleman in every sense of the word, I almost thought about posting his picture on NSC when all the Bruno/Albion Legend tripe was being bandied around.
