I'm sad that everybody has turned on the guy who saved us from certain relegation last season.
The players need to take a long hard look at themselves & start realising that they are in what most of us would consider to be a dream job / career. They are the ones who need to get their acts together & start repaying the faith RS & TB have shown in them to keep / bring them here & have the opportunity to live out every young ( & old ) boys fantasy of playing professional football.
FFS what on earth are these supposed talented footballers doing almost week in, week out by f***ing around losing their discipline & senses & failing to take the game by the scruff of the neck & playing forward thinking attacking football that might actually result in the team getting into scoring positions & winning matches.
They are letting RS down & every supporter who goes along to be entertained.

Yes RS does have to bare some responsibility for the shambles that is occuring on the pitch but once they cross that line it's the players who are responsible for what happens once the whistle goes. They need to start showing some passion & commitment & play football not hoofball.

They have shown it's possible as in the first 30 mins against Gillingham & on other occasions. We know we have enough talent in this squad to easily be pushing for a play off spot so why the f*** aren't they getting their acts together, showing some pride & going out to win EVERY game by playing to their strengths. That's why they're here isn't it?

There are a few exceptions but I firmly believe that it's the players who are at fault here.

Let the sniping begin.......................

I want RS to succeed, I want the players to succeed I want B&HAFC to succeed.

I like Russ but i dont like the results.
We were utter shite today and Oldham were no better but something is very, very wrong. We are less than 2 years away from a new £97 million pound stadium and we look at the moment (at home) a conference side at best.

The players are ultimately Slade's responsibility.
He should have bought better players, instead of shit like Navarro, and he should be able to organise his players and find out why they are playing such shite football.
I'm fed up with Slade and i'm fed up with the amateur way this club is run. We need to change drastically if we are ever going to become more than just a little lower league club.

Surely a lack of effort, passion, inspiration etc is Slades job to install into the team. If the players are not performing, the only way to change that is install a new manager. Slade saved us last year, and i love the guy, but this football club will go down in its current position, and with a new stadium on the way, that cannot happen!!

But Navarro was very highly rated by MK Dons last year, he has the pedigree, he just hasn't performed.

Alas, I think the man who actually saved us from certain relegation last season joined Adelaide Utd in the summer.

Agreed.

It's absolutely Slade's job to instill all the necessary traits to make the team winners but I can't believe that that's not what he is doing. They are just not getting it together on the pitch which I believe that the players need to take some responsibility for.

Forster is showing what pride & passion can do as are a few others but there are too many of them not playing for their shirts & letting down RS, the supporters & their team mates who do WANT to play for B&HA. Look at Jim McNulty when he is fit as an example of someone who WANTS to play for us.

Maybe RS isn't the greatest manager in the world but he is passionate about B&HA & genuinely WANTS to make this club bigger & better.
