Well a superb 2-1 victory for Worthing Utd U18s v Lancing.

Worthing started with 10 players and one injured playing and in the second half had 9 plus one injured as one player had to go to work !

Well played Junior with a guest appearance in goal due to depleted squad.

I think a 2-1 defeat flattered us to be honest. So so poor. Still we have only got Walton and Hersham away in the FA Youth Cup Weds night, should be a piece of cake

Played at Mile Oak on Friday, your pitch it sh*t, and the facilities arn't that much better either.

The top pitch there was the home pitch for a team I played for between about 85-88. I went to have a look the other day and couldn't believe how f*cked it looked. I don't remember it being that undulating!? Could do with a drop of the heavy roller...

Lil Coach and his team came back from a half time 1-0 down to win against Lewes Bridgeview 3-1. Lil Coach scored a cracking free kick from v. long range, his mate Spongey scored a great left foot volley into the top corner and the Spragmeister leapt into the air and somehow hit the ball with both feet (!) and knocked it in!
Well done DaSH Under 11's! The LBV linesman was Russell Floyd (of 'Eastenders' and 'The Bill') so the Mum's had a good natter about old soap storylines! A good day!

I have some nicely bruised ribs, and a dead leg, all from the same challenge. We were shit though, and got hammered by a bunch of kids

No I am the joint Manager. We lost a player with a broken ankle but even so, we had to be able to win a game like that. Send my best wishes to your no.2 by the way, brave lad to play injured to help his mates out, he was really struggling.

great day yesterday morning as my 6 year old plays for felpham colts under 7's , they won 9-0 versus selsey seals
good little side are selsey but came up against a team who are amazing. roll on next week when its rustington otters under 7's

I know the club have paid 40 grand to update the stadium a bit. Maybe that will include the changing rooms.
