Does anyone on here suffer from a Sucralose Intolerance or similar and if so so what are/were your symptoms?

In my own strange world
Yes, have to avoid sucrose, gives me migraine type symptoms, not as bad as a full blown migraine, but affects my eyes(flashing and restricted vision),gives a ringing sensation in my ears, nausea and headache, it usually passes after ½ an hour or so.

I’m okay with sucralose whereas aspartame tends to end up affecting my bladder at night ( known side affect).

I’ve taken to drinking Green Cola and orange drinks as they are stevia based.

It's all fake shit, how can it possibly not be bad for you?

I stick to water, coffee, real beer and wine.

My neighbour encouraged me to take Stevia in my afternoon tea, they said it was natural.

I have now got used to it and actually like it, should I stop this then?

I don't have an intolerance I just can't stand it.
This does mean I can't have any fizzy pop except coke which is a pisser.

I’ve read that aspartame isn’t good either

Read somewhere that it's potentially addictive too.

Stevia is natural - it comes from a plant which originated from South America
