I did think when I saw the team sheet that if we were still in the game at 70 mins that our bench had a very good chance of swinging the game our way. It seems we are not weakened in any position where a player is subbed, such is the quality of the bench with a mostly fit squad.

In addition JH dropped into defense and we didn't look unsettled when Tariq was ( harshly) booked and sent off. We have a good smattering of very versatile players As well.

And remember, these sub options are despite the fact that we've had more injuries than any other PL team this season.

We have six who would likely make the squad still out, or unable to start

Worth adding to any saying that our injuries weren't an excuse for Hurzeler (even though he never once used it as one) how much of an impact a fit squad makes.

Look at the options available in midfield vs Forest:
Forest: Half fit Hinsh, half ready O'Riley, new in Gomez, the rest all out injured
Newcastle: Fully fit Hinsh, Baleba, Gomez, Weiffer, Ayari.

I was always a BMT guy, haven't had a subway in years now though.

I started off with the meatball sub but stopped when I found out it was the same amount of salt as NINE packets of walkers crisps or something stupid.

The breakfast sub was utterly grim from my memory, awful compared to a Sausage n Egg McMuffin.

None of you asked - I don't care.

I’ve had one in my life, on a trip to the US. Bread was liking eating sawdust
