A one year deal with an option for a further year. This to me screams 'loan move next season', so it's sensible to strengthen his contract situation with ultimate flexibility depending on how he performs. I wonder what level he will be sent to. Now the only thing to do is convert him to centre back...

Obviously a player we don’t value. Young, new contract and then going out on loan. If only we had the decency to develop our younger players rather than just ignore them and then one day suddenly expect them to play for us. Disgusting.

Seen nothing of this guy yet, what level would we realistically loan him too?

Joined us aged 11 - still here 8 years later so must be doing something right. At the same time, I haven't heard much about him being a new wonderkid - League 2 perhaps? - or maybe the National League for a half season loan, then back here to take that development into the U23s with a view to League 1 or 2 next season, depending on how things go.

Yes, you're right, I'm just guessing; haven't got a clue!

I'd send him to Luton if they showed any interest Nathan would definitely develop him

They are all potential wonder kids - that’s why they’re here and not oop north. 🤭

Leeds jokes a little tiresome now

Well done Danny. From the u23 games I've seen, i'd say League 1 at this stage in his development
