Don't understand this 'Stress' thing...when I look back how my early life was...how my parents lived ...my mother now 96 put into a book her childhood upbringing through the war years...I just read it and consider myself very lucky...life is luxurious now.

Hmmmm ..... I'd suggest you haven't experienced true stress then ! Try having your marriage break down, losing your home and being made redundant all in the same 4 months and THEN say life is luxurious.

I've had a horrible time the last year and half. Mum diagnosed with cancer, wife suffering anxiety and depression and in a job getting shit day after day from my boss.
But since my mum has been given the all clear, my wife seems to be on the mend and being matched out of work and put on gardening leave, this is the most amazing I've felt in over a year. So much to look forward to, and of course the Albion doing well .

I regularly feel like getting revenge on people who have ever pissed me off, and harbour evil thoughts about what I will do to them. Soon, I will carry out some of those thoughts.
