I hate being stressed - at the moment I feel like some big fat bird is standing on my chest with stilettos...we've got the biggest racing weekend of our lives starting tomorrow and I know I'll forget something or not do something right or the worst worry is that something will happen to Zef...

I've always underestimated the effect of stress, and used to laugh at people who said they needed time off work, or were seeking help from stress related illnesses, but I can honestly now say I understand...I'm sure some people take the piss a bit with it but when its for real I can understand...

Indigestion, headaches, muscle aches and sore throat, shakes and shivers!!

Any one else suffer?

100% Know exactly how it feels...I HAVE IT AS i TYPE THIS. Ive suffered from stress for approx 5 years now.

My stomach feels tight...feel like I want to rip my shirt of and grab whatever is making me feel so anxiuos and uptight and pysically remove it....makes you not be able to do the normal things like work and just have a normal life.....its an awful thing.

I think you may have come to the wrong place if you're looking for sympathy and understanding ;)

if work is causing the stress, try talking it through with the boss- if they dont seem concerned, bet look for another job.

either way, try to eat properly, and do some regular exercise.

AVOID doing extra hours at the office!

My home is my office  My boss is my husband

I find stress causes me to be forgetful, so maybe try making a list of things you have to do so that you don't forget anything, and think what is the worst possible thing that can happen if you do something wrong. Someone said to me once to stop worrying about things I could not change, and that helped me for some reason!! I am sure everything will go off fine and good luck with it all.

I was at the Revival Friday what a great day out yet again.

I was there to watch a mate on his 350cc Ducati taking on the likes of Wayne Gardner, Trevor Nation, and Michael Rutter - He had a few problems in practice with the bike but after making it run a bit richer he done well in Race 1 don't know how race 2 went.

Hope the team did well but don't know the drivers name to look up the result.

I am sure all the stress will be worth it.
