i thought it was released as an import ?

yeah, the swedish import has the lyrics on the back, met these swedish birds in eastbourne many, many moons ago

thought i was in with the stranglers swedish single, but didn't work one bit

i suppose the lyrics wouldn't of made any sense even in swedish,to a couple of young chics

cumulus nimbus floats by,in swedish? i can see there point

SKIN DEEP !!!!

Just been giving Waltzinblack a little spin on the Ipod - as it is being used as a backing track for an advert at moment. Very catchy.

Saw them at the Dome. Even without Hugh and Jet Black they were brilliant.

Nuclear Device

And, bit off the beaten track...

Saw The Stranglers at Birmingham, Barbarellas in 1977 - Hugh Cornwell was having a beer in the bar a couple of hours before they went on...anyway, for me Grip was my favourite until I heard Hanging Around, so it's ...

just a quick report on the stranglers gig at le bikini, absolutely brilliant!

when i walked into the salle and saw the massive stranglers logo it was like time had stood still for the last 30 years

opened with burning up time, brighton mentioned in the very first line, superb!

followed quickly by sometimes and the raven, which dave greenfield absolutely nailed

other early material included, hanging around, peaches, something better change,no more heroes, hey! (rise of the robots)brilliant live that one, walk on by and also shut up!!! i think it's the first time i've ever heard that one live

biggest cheers of the night, bearing in mind it was a french audience was golden brown, always the sun and probably biggest of all european feline

played around half a dozen of new material, which was very impressive too

it was strange to see JJ as lead man and speaking in french after many a gig back in the uk with hugh as the principal spokesman

3 encores, funny enough they don't call them encores here but "bis"

goodbye toulouse being the first and the very last number was @ uncle speilberg, tank

songs they didn't do,that are personal favourites of mine, toiler, genetix, sewer & sleazy

but hey! can't have everything

what a gig!!!
