I am traveling up with my Norwich supporting mate and we have a hotel booked in Harrow for after the gig as getting back would have been problematic. Will be looking to meet-up with crabface and some others whilst there.

I know the Roses added All For One to the set-list since late last year but they do not seem to be playing Beautiful Thing live as yet. Although a whole new album would have been nice and when I bought the tickets last September I expected their to have been more new stuff released by now...But then judging by their past level of output I am not surprised.

Anyway, it is still going to be great and looking forward to it immensely.

Guns and roses Friday night, hotel and then stone roses Saturday! Should be a pretty hectic weekend

Hoping to actually remember this one as the last London and Manchester gigs were a complete blur!

Come with me to a place no eyes have ever seen
A million miles from here where no one's ever been
God-given grace and a holy Heaven face
I'm on the edge of something shattering
I'm coming through

"Ok, let's fly", she says, "this carpet's made for two"
This ugly little box, no place for me and you
Our carpet falls on a dew-fresh daffil plain
Take a look around, there's something happening
All the colors fade

I don't want you now, bang, bang, bang, gone
Oo, I don't need you now, the seeds are sown
Oo, bang-bang, pretty-pretty, bang-bang
I don't think so, no, no
I don't think so, no, no
Bang-bang, bang-bang

Below, the country rolls like a mighty boiling sea
The warm, red Sun gives up and sinks into the trees
But I'm no fool, I can't stand here betrayed
Take a look around, there's something happening
All the colors fade

I don't want you now, bang, bang, bang, gone
Oo, I don't need you now, the seeds are sown
Oo, bang-bang, pretty-pretty, bang-bang
I don't think so, no, no
I don't think so, no, no
Bang-bang, bang-bang

Wasn't the greatest gig last night, had more fun the past couple of times, guns n roses smashed it on Friday though, train back today was horrendous, people passing out

Got the train about 1:30, packed liked sardines, it wasn't a nice hour.

Generally had a good day yesterday due to the company. Sleaford Mods a highlight but then again so was the carnage in that Wetherspoons in Baker Street, I've never seen anything like it!

Really enjoyed it apart from Wembley being totally shit. Olympic Stadium much better for big gigs. It was chaos last night being told you couldn't go back in to where you mates were because of crushing even if you were in the seats, drink queues 30 mins plus, stewards cluelesss...national stadium is shit.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable day and evening. The Stone Roses sounded excellent as they have done since the resurrection and even Ian Brown's voice seems to have improved.

As I mentioned in my previous post, the downside is the lack of new material...But all the while the devoted fans keep turning-up to gigs to listen to the classics no one can really complain.

I was quite near the front albeit on the flank, but had no issues popping in and out for a few beers

Drinks queues at Olympic Stadium for GnR Saturday were horrendous. Oh and £5.50 for a half of shitty lager.
