Following the thread on here I emailed the Insider, who referred me to the clubs safety officer. I emailed him a brief but full explanation of reasons and suggestions etc, still no word back. As you know, I am not a fan of negativity at the moment, but I must say I am dissapointed. The game is tomorrow, if he knew he couldn't let me know by Tuesday then he could have emailed back ' defo not tuesday etc...' I then ocntacted Insider to say I was wondering if he'd recieve it, Insider said send it again. So i did, no reply.
Exactly the same for me, start of the season, had some issues with the seating and was refered to the Safety officer. 2 emails later and I never got a response from them, whoever they may be.
Wrote a constructive letter to Ken Brown last season, asking for a response. Never got one. Club has a very poor record at replying to its 'customers' I believe, not just me.
