Many years ago I bought 'I don't know why I love you' and couldn't understand the thinking why the B-side wasn't released as an A-side on its own merit. A while later the record was flipped and re-released. 'My Cherie Amour' finally got the attention it deserved. Both masterpieces in their own ways imho
Well watching this cheered me up when I got back yesterday.
I saw him live some years back and became aware very quickly that I was in the presence of an absolute musical genius. Over hundreds (if not thousands) of gigs over decades watching brilliant musicians of all genres that I have thoroughly enjoyed it was one of only two occasions, I could honestly say that.
