The Albion don't help themselves though do they - back in the eoghties when i was at middle school Albion weren't a bad side but all the kids supported either Everton or Liverpool the two teams winning the title at the time even at Worthing High early nineties only myself and about 2 other kids in my year used to watch the Albion.

Even now the club hardly put themselves out to attract new blood.

To be fair GG that is par for the course everywhere, there will always be the little sheep who will "support" the winning team at the time. Hence the Chelski shirts every where you f***ing go these days!

I think it's happening more and more these days though - why struggle to get into withdean and in all probability watch a piss poor effort when you can sit at home and watch Chelsea etc on sky - also the pressure on kids to be with the IN thing such as supporting the best team etc seems far more popular than ever before.

Can't belive the amount of Arsenal or Chelsea shirts in Huddersfield lately.

Price to get in doesn't help much either imagine it's near on £100 to take a family of 4 to withdean - when i first saw the Albion it cost my Dad £6 to get me in.

Exactly, only been last couple of years to be honest - But people won't wear Leeds or Bradford shirts in Huddersfield - only the foolish or kids.
