Looking at these line-ups, it's amazing how one addition can transform the perception of the team. We've got a great squad, and a really good first team, but what we lack is youth, pace, directness and finishing. Lingard ticks all these boxes...

I assume you mean Orlandi. He has often played on the left, and is an excellent crosser, lacks a bit in pace, but is technically probably our best player.
