He might be tempted to start Gomez instead of Ayari, but suspect you will be closer to the actual lineup.
With Lamptey to come on at some point either on the left or right, depending upon how Pervis goes.

Tariq Lamptey deserves to start. If there's a need to manage his game time, bring Perverto in, but otherwise I'd just go with the exact same team.

I've heard others use it, but not frequently.

Its a mixed reference to Roberto Carlos and "Lesbians and Gays Support the Miners" taking control of the "pervert" word and using it for their purposes, which is a bit Brightony in attitude... surely he appreciates that!

If you search for it, some others used it for quite a while after I introduced it. Which is a bit fun, not like I intended it to catch on It can be considered a bit offensive if you don't know how to play with the negative/positive values of words... for me, a perverted left foot is not a negative thing, its a badass thing. But obviously if I spoke to Perverto himself I'd have to kind of explain it...
