Hardly worth the risk.
He'll sit on a splinter, that'll go septic, and he'll be off to Germany for state of the art arse cheek therapy, which will rule him out for the season.

March for AK all day long.
Defensively AK has been poor all season and was exploited a good few times last night
Once Stoke figured out how to stop both wingers last night our game became disjointed

I feel that defensively we look far weaker down our right (Bruno's side). Knocky tries hard but he lacks a bit of physical presence when defending.

Was literally just saying this today. Hemed needs some gametime under his belt, Solly didn't deserve to be dropped in the first place, Knocky is out of sorts, and Glenn will struggle playing 3 games in a week. Next Tuesday is huge, we need Murray firing on all cylinders for that.
No brainer. Keep the rest of the team as per, we don't want wholesale changes and we're going to lose up there regardless. But Hemed and Solly should definitely come in.

I would go for that as AK has been our weakest link all season.
Cool, we're all in agreement. Give other players a chance, and have the first 11 ready to go for the bigger game next Tuesday.
Maybe you can let Chris tell them this time? Just make sure he knows what we've all decided.

Supporters hype as the same 3 points are at stake for either game. The only difference is we would hope to get more Tuesday as it is at home but no way a bigger game.

Because it is true it is just another game and another chance to get 3 points, which is how CH will approach it. I am sure that is how Wenger viewed the North London derby last week.
The game against Palace is a 6 pointer. They are clearly relegation rivals, whereas Utd aren't. It's irrelevant to us how many points Utd end the season with, but denying Palace points next Tuesday is important. So no, it being a home game is not the only difference.
On top of that is the realistic expectation from the game. We're 22-1 to beat Utd. Of course whichever team we play will try and cause an upset, but it's unlikely we'll get anything from the game. We have a much better chance against Palace, so it's more important we have the best team available to take that chance.
That's purely based on what's best for our chances of survival this season, without taking into account that we'd like to do well against Palace.

Disregarding what may happen on Saturday Palace will be still well below us on points so it is just the 3 points that have to be won. You could argue that it is what is generally called 6 pointer but again that is supporter hype. In the worse case scenario they will still be 5 points worse off than us come next Wednesday.

This is obviously correct - points against teams in the bottom half will be INFINITELY more important than points gleaned against the top sides. Anything we manage to get against Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool et-al will be a bonus, whereas picking up points whilst at the same time denying the teams beneath us those points is absolutely of paramount importance.
I would, however, resist making wholesale changes at Old Trafford. A demoralizingly heavy defeat would do us no favours whatsoever in terms of morale and potentially GD. Disrupting the team in the hope of being "fresher" for the next game rarely seems to work in our favour - Lincoln City away being a case in point, where we made 11 changes, lost, then brought everyone back and promptly got dry-humped in the next game at Huddersfield.
As said on the other thread, I'd bring in Hemed for Murray and Solly for Knockaert, then manage the game accordingly from there.
