This continual chant against a South London club would be tiresome if it was confined to children but for adults to join in it is so sad.
We have a number of children sitting in our area who were getting upset as when this pathetic song is repeated people do stand up completely blocking many other supporters views,The club is overdue in putting a stop to this unsocial nonsense

Oh dear, are people actually moaning about the songs we're singing? How pathetic, if you don't like it then do one.

annoys me to no end really, the first couple of times is ok but the last x amount of times bored me shitless. We gave a few songs actually related to what was going on on the pitch, and a few others like brighton aces and gosbts, only to be drowned out by the north stand singing stand up if you hate palace. We even had our own little block I chant going which some genius started behind me, half of block I shouting albion, and the other half shouting it back. As usual, the lads in the front row of wsu did us proud, geeing us up.

It's a self-defeating chant. How many people actually stand up for it? Less than 20%. Which suggests a good 80% don't hate Palace!

Or don't give a shit when playing another team, like Hull maybe? Just a thought.

Why can't songs be sung about the team/players/manager rather than other teams and which stand you are in?? Yes some will say it creates a good atmosphere, but I have no doubt the same could be done for songs which are relevant to the team and players.

From WSU i could see lots of Hull supporters pissing themselves laughing during the "we're the north stand, we're the west stand" bollox. So lame it's untrue

A lot of effort each week seem to into singing this Song, I think we would be better off maybe dropping it for all other games and maybe try and outsing Palace when they visit the Amex, (for the whole game).
Got into a row with a so called hard core supporter Sat for not standing up, I did remind him that at the Palace game he F@#ked off early.

Doesn't look good on TV when the West Stand and North Stand sing "Stand up if you hate Palace" and the cameras are focused on the East Stand and 20 stand up.

One of my favourite recollections of this song being sung was by Chartlon Fans at the Withers last season. Brought a tear to my eye it did.

Pointless chant. There's a young lad near me in WSL who always stands for this and just sings it back at the North Stand. Unfortunately he's usually on his own and looks a bit of a twit. Not even watching the game.

Which block in WSL? It might be the one that springs to my mind!
