Who is going to want to keep up with every moment of the extra stadium seats, and who is going to wait until they're unveiled at the beginning of next season?

As a slave to watching the stadium being built on the webcam and on JSFW / JSAECSW, it was exciting. But this time around, I'm going for deferred gratification and will wait until August.

At least I hope I can.

No chance - I'll be looking out for every picture and every detail available day-by-day between now and August

I'm with you TLO, a bit sad I spoiled myself when the Stadium opened but it would be fantastic to walk in there on the first game next season to see all the news seats filled up.

Will you be able to avoid seeing any pictures of it till the season starts though? I'm sure it'll be all over here, and pictures on the Official site and in the Argus.

anychane they are doing anything on the stairs up to the WSU ?? very very bland at moment, hardly important but be nice to make them a bit more Albion related :)
Maybe a ''half way up'' pub too ???

Sod the entrance to Dicks Bar, how about a footbridge entrance to the Upper West from Falmer Way up near the mini roundabout by the fitness club.
Save climbing all those poxy steps, a 20 yard walkway straight to a new entry turnstile

I'm at Friends of The Albion at least once a month so will be keeping a beady eye on things and will post pictures on here

and an inflatable chute for coming back down, £2 a pop - although popping it may not be a good idea (depending on who's behind you, of course)

upgrading the concourse kiosks, a nicer street-level entrance to Dick's Bar (glass doors, I think).

Oooh will we have some of these?

I haven't really been paying enough attention, are we putting in the full 8,500 seats? I seem to vaguely recall mention of just 4,000 odd in the next phase.

Once the work starts in earnest I will be checking it out daily, but until yesterday's go ahead, it had passed me by a bit.

5,000 in August, another 500 in December.

would be great to have some Albion imagery in there, or at least some logos painted on there...

100% with this. In actual fact in one of the earlier artists impressions there was a footbridge across to the West Stand Upper.
