Being a Golazzo junkie, in a perfect world I’d love to have gone in about 1998 and watch Inter play with Ronaldo, Recoba and Zamorano up front!

Hands down the best and most spectacular stadium I have ever visited.

As for my bucketlist...The Santiago Bernabeu, San Siro and Arizona Cardinals Glendale stadium.

Can't disagree that US Bank looks an absolute beauty.

In terms of current top flight teams, West Ham, Leeds and Burnley are the only grounds I've yet to tick off. More keen to get to the London Stadium (despite the renowned dodgy view from the away end) than the other two in the next few years. Otherwise there's nowhere I'm desperate to get to in the UK as I've only done half of the current 92, but will always look for a chance to get to a new ground whether watching Albion or Worthing if I can.

Would like to tick off some more grounds in Europe in future. Having been to watch Hertha as well as my adopted team of Union Berlin, would like to see games at a few more of the smaller grounds in the city - Tennis Borussia Berlin and SC Tasmania in particular. Every chance I'll time my next trip to Germany to see my dad along with a game at Dresdener SC in Dresden. Would also like to tick off Dortmund and maybe Hamburg at some point, as I have a mate living in the latter. Wouldn't mind getting to a Sparta or Dukla Prague game in the Czech Republic as well. Would love to get to the San Siro before that gets replaced too.

In all honesty though, I'm more keen to tick off some of the NFL stadiums in the US in future. Have been to games in Tampa and Chicago and have been to the New Orleans Superdome for Wrestlemania a few years ago, but would love to get back to NOLA and Bourbon Street on a gameday weekend. At some point I'm going to go on a 10-14 day trip to take in my team's (Raiders) new stadium in Vegas and the Rams/Chargers new stadium in LA. Could easily plan a trip around a Thursday night game in one city and a Sunday game in the other, along with sightseeing.

Out of West Ham, Burnley and Leeds the only one worth making any effort for is Leeds, does get noisy in there.

Come on you all need to want and go and visit Palmerston Park home of the might Doonhamers, which due to all seater stadium now boasts the largest covered standing end in the Uk (or maybe just Scotland) with refreshments at the top so you can watch the match (reminder the pie will be a scotch pie, break off the edge and pour the fat out before it burns your mouth).

You’ve only got a couple of seasons left before the Giuseppe Meazza is demolished. Myself and a group of mates went about 8 years ago to watch Inter v Juve, known as the Battle of Italy, the uppermost tier isn’t actually connected to the stadium, it’s like an annex peering into the stadium. Well worth a visit.

I’m still trying to complete the 92 English league grounds and have 8 to go:
Brentford
Spurs
Accrington Stanley
Shrewsbury
Newport
Barrow
Fleetwood
Salford to go.

I keep forgetting that Barrow are [back] in the league - not having been able to go for their promotion or this year at all.

I love the old grounds in the north like Macclesfield and Rochdale and all the ones that no longer exist like the original Rotherham Utd, Hull City, Bolton and York City grounds. Used to love going to those places following Brighton, pre sat nav days and just looking for fooodlight pylons as I arrived in town and hoping I didn’t end up at a railway yard by mistake.

Not so fussed about the newer grounds as they all seem a bit identikit but I’d love to visit the new Spurs ground.

The loss of the big old pylons is a great shame (even Barrow's were taken down a couple of years ago - before they fell). It wasn't just seeing them as the train pulled in, but having them pop up when you go the end of some northern terrace to show the way between the pubs. Or coming out of the fourth pub, wondering which way it was - and mooching around till you saw the pylons again.

My pre-SatNav away game trick was drive to the town, and pull into the first garage I came across.

Pop into the shop bit, and they were bound to have a local street-map guide on the shelves.

Spend a couple of minutes perusing that to get an idea of where to head for the football ground, buy a packet of crisps or something as ‘cover’, and then head on.

Simpler days.

Soon, your ‘car’ will automatically know your preferred football team and their fixture list, and will ‘driverlessly’ take you directly to the ground without even been asked, while you zzz in the back.

My routine was to pop down to Southwick Library - trace the town map out of the big AA book of town maps. Then get out the National Rail Timetable with railway map showing the relevant timetable numbers - and try and work out all the connections for the various routes. Followed by a quick look in the Good Beer Guide. It's not quite the same with the internet is it.

Only about 4 years ago. Just a normal Seria A game, but the atmosphere was ridiculous. We had to stand on the chairs all game, and be part of the flag waving, singing, non stop.

My friend sat down for about 30 seconds and was told in no uncertain terms to stand up or get out. Everyone drinking since seats and a lot of substances going around (don’t think that’s legal but I wasn’t going to tell them!) All in all, was great fun. Go before they knock it down.

In England, Deepdale, Bloomfield Road, Field Mill and Spotland. In Scotland, Tynecastle and Easter Road. Abroad, Nou Camp and Stade Velodrome, Marseilles. Sad I never got to Besiktas' Inonu Stadium, but I did see a game at the beautiful old Stade Shaban-Delmas in Bordeaux.

In other sports, Fenway Park (Boston Red Sox), Oracle Park (San Francisco Giants) and Lambeau Field (Green Bay Packers).

Best visited: Bernabeu (when there was still standing in the upper tiers), Fenerbahce (any Palace fan who seriously believes that Selhurst Park has an atmosphere should visit the Sucru Saracoglu and find out what that word really means), the Millerntor (St Pauli). In other sports, Wrigley Field (Chicago Cubs), Dodger Stadium and Hard Rock Stadium, Miami.

Not many of the grounds I visited in England are still standing. I always liked the 'grand old ladies' of football that grew organically early on within their sites, you could be standing there and nothing much had changed in 80 years or so.

The San Siro without doubt. As an 8 year old, the 1990 world cup was what really got me into football and that stadium has will always seem like a magical place to me. Desperate to get there before it's demolished.

Indeed, would be fun to see some more games in Italy. I've only been to Delle Alpi (when I was a kid) - terrible football stadium even when I was young and easily impressed - and Renzo Barbera (Palermo) which was a nice arena with some good atmosphere despite it being half-empty (game was against Carpi).

I'm pretty sure there is a few gems over there. San Siro would be cool but also some of the lesser known seem great. Personally I'd like to go to Benevento (seems like a beautiful city) and their stadium.

Just 2 grounds in the PL I’ve not been to, Hawthorns and SJP, but by the time we’re allowed back into grounds they could be gone from the league, and the replacements will give me 100%. .

She's more of a little slapper than a grand old lady. I haven't been there since they redeveloped the Holmesdale end.
