ST renewal result!

I've just logged on to renew my ST for this season online only to find that they have my ticket listed as an U16 ticket and thus requiring a mere £118 for the year.

Now, if I was a less scrupulous character I might take advantage of this oversight and renewed at the bargain price. But as my conscience would not allow me to fleece the club I love I have of course flagged the issue to the club and await their resolution.

What would you have done?

Really? I dont ever remember the turnsyle guys checking my ticket that thoroughly. Pretty sure I could waltz through unnoticed.

I would have stuck with the £118 and then put the difference back into the club by other means. Ways I wouldn't perhaps normally have done. E.g. bought the new home kit, the away kit, new pink kit, etc.

Apart from the club who would be losing out on the cost of producing said shirts, rather than just having difference in season ticket prices paid to them!

I'd have told the club. I couldn't live with the guilt or the fear of being discovered every time I went through the turnstile.

And sometimes the view from the higher moral ground is really good.
