Possibly a false black widow, still have a very nasty bite that can put you in hospital... And to answer the question, anything with more than 4 legs should not be in the house.

Thing is there are various types i will tolerate, not many mainly daddy long legged types, anything that has a white cross on it or looks like over inflated shredded wheat is wiped out and the brown huge ones that sprint accross the carpet quicker than Usain Bolt? how can you allow that to stay inside is beyond me

Spiders are fine. I do tend to take them out if my girls see them as one of them freaks but I just pick them up and put them out. Ive never been bitten/stung/injured by any of them! :)
Leave the poor little things alone. They are attempting to rid your house of flies which are vile things.

Get some wasps in,they will deal with the flies and will help out with some spiders
But then what about the wasps?
Wasps and bees seem to be smarter at going back out the way they came in than flies are. Also even though they can hurt you they're still less horrible.

Kill with extreme prejudice, they have too many eyes, too many legs and to feed they suck the insides out of their sometimes, still living prey.

The prosecution, rests.

I thought you were going to say you released a bunch of snakes to get rid of the wasps or something.

And then mongooses to get rid of the snakes.

Trouble is my missus does not like snakes-which is why we have a Jaguar

Sleeping on the roof
Whats your views?
Should they be tolerated indoors???

:moo:
Absolutely, I encourage spiders in the house as much as possible, although I occasionally have to remove larger ones outside for the benfit of other members of the household.
