Southwick Tunnel accident / incident 22.3.14

I've just been called by a friend on the A27 and there's been an accident in our old friend the Southwick tunnel. Avoid if possible. Current time is 12.56pm

A27 update: accident is eastbound (so towards Brighton) around the A270 closing a lane and causing delays as a result (12:47)

Go through the tunnel, only a short delay, shame my coach driver didn't realise and has just wasted time detouring off at Holmbush only to rejoin the t'other side of the tunnel. Knob.
