There’s a city centre Spoons which is only fifteen minutes walk away from the stadium, is it open to all fans?

Previously I've found some city centre pubs are home fans only.
Personally I normally get a cab to The Junction at St Denys and then it's a 10 minute walk along the waterfront to the ground.
I'm a bit older and it's quite quiet but a good pub

The horrible O'Neills is on the way from the station and will be full of away fans (as no home fans would touch it with a barge pole) and can be a bit of a laugh. I went to The Chapel Arms once and that had a mix of home and away fans but probably only if you get there early.
