I see Southampton winning 2-1 after getting a bit of a fright

and West Ham struggling to beat Hull but going 3-0 ahead at one point and with a chance but not making it in the end.

West Ham to beat Cardiff in the play-offs

and Blackpool to beat injury hit Birmingham and West Ham to win the final. Except if Birmingham get their players fit they might reach the final.

Prefer West Ham for two reasons:

1) Marginally dislike Adkins more than Allardyce but only very marginally. Think both are ghastly.

2) West Ham are a bigger fish. Them being out of the division is better for us I think.

I wonder if things might have been different if they hadn't been awarded quite so many dodgy penalties throughout the course of the season. The two against Watford at St Mary's were almost as ridiculous as the ones they got against us.

At least Coventry are making a fight of it now, could get jittery if they pull one back but can't really see it.
