f*** SCC. They're not even on the radar anymore. The only way they are heading is down the table, same as Sheffield Wednesday, Oldham and Bournemouth before them. Only contenders still left standing are Huddersfield and clown side Peterboro.

Saints have proved they wont win all there remaining fixtures. 19 points are not required.

Leave Saints to scrap with the chasing pack the pressure if totally off the Albion now. Nearly, nearly job done.

It seems very likely we could clinch the title at home to Southampton which would be an amazing party with a victory and condemning them and Atkins to the lottery of a play-off birth.

SCC two points behind Huddersfield and two games in hand and a vastly superior goal difference.......dream on.

I have a gut feeling we'll win promotion on the last night game at Withdean against D&R :ascarf::ascarf::ascarf:

( given I now have tickets for both my young sons I really hope so ! )

They can't hack it when it counts. Pound to a penny says they don't even go up via the play-offs.
There is no evidence to suggest that they can't hack it when it counts. That is just wishful thinking. They won't catch Brighton, but they will definitely finish second.

90 will be enough - easily. Soton would need to win ALL of their games bar one (against us, perhaps) to overtake us, and Hudds ALL of their games. Given their respective form, I can't see that happening.

If we do continue the winning streak, would it be right to play the development squad against Southampton.........or wait for Huddersfield the following Saturday:lolol:

There will still be a small band of special people on here who continue to regard them us our biggest threat though

:D Honestly the bed wetting panic that Southampton and P'boro might catch us by some sections of NSC has been pitiful the last few weeks. This has been wrapped up for 2 weeks now
and I predict as little as 2 more wins and 3 draws would get us promotion.
