South Stand Bogs

Insider has just answered a point that there are no speakers in the South Stand loos.

Now maybe as Bozza suggested i am going senile, but i can distinctly remember standing in the loos at half time and hearing the half times read out over speakers in the loos.

Am I right? Does anyone else rememebr this?

yes - there certainly used to be in there, as it was the best place to go to hear the team/half time scores

It's the only place you can hear anything! I always go in the left-hand ones though, does that make a difference? Haven't been in the right hand ones once, and wont until our last game at the Withdean (one of those silly superstitions!)

There used to be speakers in the toilets, but I'd noticed that they're not there this season.

There's a flood light above the doors which doesn't work either. Makes the steps a little dangerous in the dark as the railing are bollock height.

Some speakers in the South Stand bogs work - occasionally. On a good day.

But they are there.

well you can't hear in E block
