[Music] Sound system recommendations

I think what I’m looking for is a fairly low cost (under £100), but decent sounding digital radio? But I’m happy to be given other recommendations?

What do people use for playing music and podcasts these days? Digital Radio, Alexa/Apple/Google device?
I had an early version of Alexa and Google home and the sound quality wasn’t great on either. Have had an early version of a digital radio, but it kept cutting out?
