Do you remember the days when those half-time scores were posted on the wall with alphabetical letters. You had to look up in your programme which letter referred to which game and an old boy would come out with those cricket scoreboard type metal numbers and you'd wait with baited breath to see what he put down. Not everything was better in the old days.

I was at the ground today and they were doing a run-through of the PA system and big screen and they played a montage of footage from the end of the Goldstone to last Saturday and THAT goal was on it. Obviously they may not be planning to show it tomorrow and could jus have been testing the screen.

Amazing scenes, too young to ever go to the Goldstone, didn't help that my dopey father supported Arsenal this sort of thing really gives me a taste of what things were like for those old enough to go to and take part in games,protests and various different things involving the Goldstone.
