You can throw as much sympathy around as you like but the lad was a terrorist and has paid the penalty. Always seems to be a shock to the families when these kids disappear and reappear in body bags. Maybe the Muslim community should be trying to do a bit more in this country to root out the subversive influences that are recruiting these naive youngsters, rather than just continually, verbally condemn after the event. Based on your comments I think I probably do. I work closely with a lot of muslim families and whilst that doesn't mean I'm suddenly an expert in regards to their customs and beliefs, I do have an insight into their community. Thankfully all of the Muslims I work with are good people and aren't any different from you or I. The concept that British Muslims should have to protest or be apart of some other ridiculously conceived act of standing against extremism to appease people is ridiculous.
