This is a new twist on the "recommend something for me to watch" type thread.
Last night, Mrs KZN and I were watching TV and an advert came on for something on iPlayer. "Ooh, that looks good. We'll watch that tomorrow night" we said. Of course, as we are getting old, we cannot remember what the program was!
What was the advert that we saw?
We think it may have been shown just before Question Time as that was the only time we were not streaming something. It was NOT Lucan or Shetland. It may have been a documentary.
Over to you. Thanks awfully.

:ROFLMAO:. Nope.

Is it any good?
I've seen a bit of the original RDR but never the Down Under one, so I'm afraid I cannot offer a constructive opinion.

Nice suggestions but no. This thread was not as much fun as I thought it might be but hey, ho. We remembered in the end - Highland Cops was the answer! We shall watch it tonight

As an aside but TV related, my daughter worked in Madrid and had friends round for the evening in her flat. The television happened to be on with some game show being shown. Anyway, that show ended and on precisely midnight it was replaced by hard core porn involving two girls and a well hung bloke - I don’t think it was charades.

just finished solar system, brilliant-so much I didnt know about- amazing how we have gone from 9 planets and a few moons when I was at school, to 8 planets and hundreds moons and numerous other dwarf planets, and other objects-fascinating
I don't care what "scienticians" say, Pluto will always be a planet to me #TeamPluto.

Seriously though, I love these space programmes. If I could be magically reborn at any given time and have any life, I'd want to have worked on the Voyager missions. Looking at a dinky little monitor while a tiny little dot emerges from the dark and reveals itself as Neptune, and seeing all those moons up close for the first time.

It blows my mind that all the actual images (as opposed to the CGI stuff) they show of Uranus and Neptune still come back when Voyager 2 flew past all those years ago, and it's still beaming back information from millions of miles away in the depths of space. I genuinely get a bit emotional thinking about it.
