Moving house withinin the Eastbourne area, can anyone please recommend a good solicitor or conveyancer to deal with the freehold house sale and purchase?

Or even any to avoid!

They are all equally as good / as shit as each other in all honesty. And given lockdown etc, why limit yourself to one in Eastbourne area?
