Can't stand it.

Another example of our Heat magazine culture, in which the TV producers try to sell a bunch of fat washed up actors, a couple of boyband rejects, a pretty one from Hollyoaks and Robbie Williams' "special friend" (even by TV's usual barrel-scraping standards, it's pushing it to class him as a celebrity) as entertainment.

Fine, it's all in a good cause, but why do they have to take up an entire evening's programming with it? And why do the managers and commentators involved talk it up like they actually give a shit?

The only saving grace is that it's replaced ITV's normal Sunday evening binfest of a schedule.

Even worse than so-called Masters Football on Sky: at least that doesn't have screeching girls waving McFly banners.

in theory I agree BUT that was actually pretty good to watch and at least in this the "Celebrities" actually had to do something , which is pretty rare for an ITV show

Seeing Sheringham play makes me realise what sort of player we are missing at Brighton. He vision and skill are still first class.

I think it actually has something that professional football is missing and that is the joy of playing the game. it looked like everyone was having fun. Maybe the problem with the pro game is too much heightened expectation and pressure and it was certainly better than any of the other dross on T.V last night

Ben Shepherd was a BEAST at the back, he could've solved a few of our problems on Saturday!

Danny from McFly looked tired by the end, be he looked good. His cross for Shearer's goal was perfect!

We could do with a few of those celebs on loan!!

Craig David "Doing" Japp Stamm was pretty Immense.

Seeing S&S upfront again was pretty special as well, if England had a front line like them now we would not have these problems, Seaman wasnt bad either, made a couple of good saves.
