Over there
Or trying to work off those Christmas tits? It was my first time back tonight in about 3 weeks and I'm fooked. Weighs then badminton, it was mostly horrible but much needed. What made my evening was seeing a lad in a Southampton top. He was with 3 mates and about half hour in i looked across and he was glaring over at me in my home shirt and saw him mouth " is that a f***ing Brighton fan" to his mates.
Happy new year to you too my little hombre :)

I've done a couple of sessions this year, much required. I like the gym, but I rarely feel prepared for it. I've vowed to improve my diet this year, but it just doesn't happen and then I don't have the required energy when I get there.

Yeah back on the marathon training trail and started to go to the dark side of the gym - the weights. Still good to see more albion kit being donned.

yes...virgin is full of people who only go for a month or so after the new year and then give up, so all the classes are bedlam and then it all settles down...there were 17 in teh Pilates class on Tuesday and normally around 8 of us. Be interesting how many are there tonight.

Need to get back to the hard work again as every day over christmas and new year I hit my allowed units of 2-3 of alcohol....will get back to 2-3 a week to help!

Ran 9k on Monday morning and back in the Gym last night for 5k run (31 mins) plus 20 mins on bike and 10 mins on Cross Trainer and then a few weights. Only doing the Brighton half marathon (26th Feb) this time plus and Sport Relief 6m (25th March), but I am now on the waggon (since 1st Jan) until after the half marathon (apart from the day we play palace away)! It as quite tough not having a celebratory pint after the Southampton result!!!!

Was quite surprised how quiet the gym was last night. Perhaps I just got lucky for my 1st session back as, like everyone is saying, it's the time for all the new years resolutionists to clog up all the equipment
