I don't think that'd work.

For example, if we get a day where, just hypothetically, Brighton sign Kaka, Falmer Stadium gets finished and Dick Knight meets David Bellotti and beats the shit out of him, people are going to want to be posting far more than if it's a day where nothing at all happens, yet they'd be limited to the same amount of posts in both cases.

i do understand that, was just idea, might stop people posting constant drivel though.

Totally wipe out all post counts. If there was not a post counter then it would stop alot of drivel posted. It may also mean new posters get a fairer voice as everyone would be equal.

I agree with Titanic, it is people hijacking threads that causes problems. I think a concerted effort from the reasonable majority to report shitty posts, alongside Bozza's new system, would sort out a lot of the shit. The problem I think is that generally people are unwilling/can't be arsed to report posts enough.
