La Marseillaise is a lot more fun!
It won’t be ours booing though. If the Everton fans boo, that will be far louder than the home fans as I’m pretty sure the majority will be standing in indifferent silence. It will look bad and the PL would be well/advised to avoid a repeat of Anfield.Hope not, Newcastle fans put on a great show today, we shouldn't assume a large percentage of our supporters are as wanky as Liverpool or Celtic.
I live in hope that the vast majority of our supporter base haven’t got the same desperate need to show how edgy and different they are by booing our national anthem.
I thought Everton were the Catholic club though ? Historically anyway. I’m not sure any of that applies these days.Doubt Everton fans will. There’s quite a divide in Liverpool. More likely Union Jack flags.
An anachronistic organisation which shouldn’t exist in 2023 and claims honour and a history it’s not entitled to? You can see why their fans warm to the monarchy.Went to Burton v MK Dons today
Fair play to MK Dons fane they belted out NA very loud
Milton Keynes Franchise have fans?fans
I'll join them...What's our reaction as inevitably as the majority of Everton fans reside in the peoples republic of Liverpool they will boo the national anthem.......
Oh my - do you have what the World’s been waiting for? Evidence-based proof that gods and other supernatural phenomena exist. Or is it just the same dusty mumbo jumbo that theists have been trading in for millennia?Yeah, but you're wrong to be an atheist.
Depends if the MET are there I suppose.I thought we all loved the freedom of expression our country affords? I am not a republican, and favour the monarchy's continuance, however if anyone chooses to sing, boo or remain indifferent it is their right in a free country. Unless I've got it wrong and we are free to express our views only if it coincides with an 'acceptable' paradigm.
As previously mentioned, tribal rivalry will probably mean Everton fans will mainly do the opposite of their red neighbours. It won’t be ours booing though. If the Everton fans boo, that will be far louder than the home fans as I’m pretty sure the majority will be standing in indifferent silence. It will look bad and the PL would be well/advised to avoid a repeat of Anfield.
Good question. I'm not a Lana Del Rey fan myself, but I wouldn't boo it if I heard it.Why do people boo the national anthem?
And the prize for most stupid response goes to...Scouse c**ts the lot of them, but sure Everton will have a touch more class.

Because it’s shit and all about being worshipping and being subservient to a family who are our masters for no reason other than bloodlines. Why do people boo the national anthem?
