He was absolutely awful didnt give one decision our way, i really dont know why he thought calderon dived as he would have just tapped it home for the goal, im pleased his awful performance didnt cost us the win we deserved 2nite

He really was very poor, I really would like to see the Calde dive again just to check exactly what happened.

I have watched the replay on TV and to be fair Westwood did not touch him.
I think he made the correct decision in my opinion.

Silly old bat
I'm in the north stand and the foul happened right in front of me. The keeper clipped his ankle, definite penalty. It would have been easier for Calderon to stay on his feet and score the goal.

He was replaced for THE Hereford game you know. On the Tuesday before the match.

Not sure what all the fuss was about really, clear dive by Calde though Sessegnon should have been booked/sent off for that challenge on Painter in extra time.

Not so, that was Graham Pooley a run-of-the-mill Football league ref who would have had his last game at Hereford on 3/5/97. Too much pressure so they switched it to Neale Barry, who did a good job.

Back to D'urso...the single one ref who gets me incandescent with rage. Doesn't manage a game, lets things drift along for say 40 minutes and then picks up his whistle giving random decisions all over the place. He's not biased (you could see the look on the Sunderland players' faces last night) just utterly incompetent.:tosser:

When a ref is dmoted from the Prem that should be it - nobody else hould suffer them as they are all on a single national list.

I f***ing HATE D'urso.

I am pretty sure D'urso was the original replacement for Pooley then it was changed again to Barry.

Replay shows little contact.

Little contact or no contact? Bid difference - little contact running at pace is enough to bring you down, can't see why Calde would dive when the keeper is on the floor and he had shot into an open net
