Arsenal were poor for periods against Villa today. Watkins missed 2 sitters, Villa were battering them at one point.

Trossard changed the game for Arsenal, just after Villa’s best spell. Can go there felling confident I think.
After Everton my brother said “and we‘ll win the next two”.
i thought it more than a tad optimistic, but you never know!

Are there still doubts about Baleba’s stamina over 90 mins? I’d have thought that starting him would be a no-brainer, even if did need replacing for the last 20-30.

Gotta use Mitoma and Minteh down the flanks and get the ball in quickly to Pedro and Welbeck near post.
Pedro regularly running with the ball in central positions has become more of a feature in the last two games,... this is the key, he attracts two or three defenders then puts in Mitoma/Wellbeck.

Not sure it was that simple. He never seemed to have space to run into

Every team we play gainst will have a plan for him.
If they have time to get two or 3 defenders around him, he's going to have atough time.

3 or 4 times in the second half, he was in space and the ball just took way too long to get to him.
Our passing isn't crisp enough yet, to make the most of him.

Dunk was the only player looking to spring him, but his radar was way off yesterday.

As powerful as Arsenal are, we could get a point. Need Weiffer and BG/Baleba screening the back 4 and push Mitoma and Minteh up high to push their full backs back.

They should have been 2-0 down yesterday so we can definitely sneak a goal. I don't think we get anything if we defend with Hinsh full back and such a high line.
