Chez's cheap Poland flights, happens to be during our week off, it's a shame it doesn't extend to Krakow (sp), so therefore begs the question:-

What's Gdansk like?

I imagine it's a dank industrial town, in which case, Dorset here we come.

Yes, in 19991. It was really rather pleasant with an extensive canal system, some good resteraunts etc. Quite a bit to see then including the birthplace of solidarity. It is part of the triport with Sopot and Gdnya (???) which always was a bigh Polish/Prussian holiday resort. I expect it is quite trendy nowadays.

You'll probably find all the shops/hotels/bars staffed by Welsh immigrants
