Of course not. If you're at work and here someone slagging of your manager, saying he's inept. And you get this every day, then you'll start to lose confidence in your boss won't you.

You think the same doesn't happy in football teams??

If you're professional enough, you'll rise above your critics. Footballers can get enough stick themselves, i doubt they care too much about MM.

Not just aimed at you no. But was it also part of your proper discussion when you told me to f*** off, or when you said i could only have been 12 for having a different opinion?

Come back when you can discuss your case and not talk rubbish.

I think the first one was something completely different and was because it was started by quite a childish comment by you.

I think the comments about being 12 was after laughing off a fairly good point and quoting a comment from El Pres, but was fairly uncalled for and I apologise for that.

EDIT: The 12 yeard old comment was actually because it seemed like you were so used to success at the Albion that as soon as a bad season came along someone had to be sacked to rectify it.

Im quite happy to argue my case and have done before but seems abit pointless with yourself as I think even if we were running away with this league by Christmas you would still be calling for his head.

And there was me thinking I gave you everything you need.

You used to, but I can't forget the incident at last year's pride when you were caught in flagrante with that spot welder from Sunderland who was dressed as a Canadian Mountie.

I thought I was your special uniform friend, that is all.

I'll accept your apology then :)

Well i think i'd have a heart attack if we run away with any league under MM, so i doubt i'd be around to comment.

To be fair neither do I. Out of curiosity where do you think us finishing this season will be acceptable?

I have no argument on this, I just vehemently disagree. I would love to hear one of team say that was the case. I just can't see it.

I think you should settle it with best of three of paper, scissors, rock.

If not, then tag wrestling in custard, with the Ernest and Adrianinho as your tag teammates, and all proceeds to REMF

I'm not that fickle :lolol: Until MA came along i rarely knew what success at the Albion was like. Apart from the 2 trips to Wembley.

Anything but the last play off place is failure in my eyes. We might not have any money etc, but the squad we have is surely capable of that?

Id be happy with top 10. Think we are a little bit short on experience to be really pushing for promotion. But if we get a experienced striker and experienced defender then I would be looking at top 4 or 5

Basil Fawlty

Don't Mention The War
Tactically today we where spot on, but the performance was average to say the least, the defence looked shaky at times. We stayed off them when they where in the box untill Chippy or even Hammond then decided to make a challenge. Lynch played a blinder, Mayo was ok not exceptional. Reid was solid at Right back.

Midfield was ok, Chippy was once again useless if we can give out a passing ratio through out the match it would probably be 30%. Stokes can't defend very well but is a good passer off the ball and looks good going forward. Hammond was everywhere but got very tired during the second half.

Revell was a handful from the word go today, their left back couldn't handle his height and it was a good decision by Wilkins to play him there and win the headers, he took his goal very well.

All in all a very average performance today against a poor Rotherham side. And if some of you think this makes Mcghee a good manager then wake up and smell the coffee.

Really? That's pretty dubious I reckon.

Why should we be finishing above much better funded teams when we haven't been even to get in our experienced striker yet? If we had got Burgess or GNW, I would agree with you about a benchmark of play-offs, but without someone like that, it would be a miracle.
