dont blame him. If the manager thinks playing frazer in front of him then I am very surprised he is still here anyway

True but i just think that it's disgraceful the way players can come in for 6 months, not play as well as they can and then leave us in a torrid position. I would like to see him come out and say no i am committed and then hopefully Slade will play him in the CENTRE. Also i think he was injured on saturday and if he wasnt surely he would have started down the right instead of Loft?

Am I bothered he's going? No
Am I bothered that he's not been utilised properly whilst here? You bet your ass.

I agree to a degree, however turning that argument over, if he wa sinjured, what sort of micky mouse club have we become that the management prefers to have an injured player on the bench than put a fyoungster on there instead

The problem with putting injured players on the bench is you get a Murray/ Wallcott situation whereby they come back half fit and end up getting injured for ages.

To be honest i would rather have had youth players in the team as well. in an ideal world my team would have had loft in the centre, replacing Fraser of course and putting carole and cox on either wings or perhaps putting Davies right wing and putting a youth striker upfront with owusu.

Yes I would have gone along with that.

I keep banging on about Steve Brinkhurst, but until there lads are given a chance, we are never going to know how good or not they are.

If mancherster united can play 17 year olds ( OK they are probably the best 17 year olds in the world right now) when the risk is hundreds of millions of pounds in not winning the Premiership or Champions League, it puts our risk of dropping down one division into perspective( which lets face it we are already down anyway).

If we lose tonight, I would politely thank the loanees and send them back and start to give the yougsters a go....after all they have contracts to fight for, whereas I would suggest many of the players we have would like out as soon as possible

Brinkhurst would do a much better job than the Cox's and Carole's at the moment. i actually hope we play Mcleod when he is fit so he can inject a bit of northern passion in the team.

thats a very good way to think, look to next year rather than last.

Whats even more embarrassing is that Carole is higher up in the pecking order :wozza:

I went mental at Carole on saturday. Explain why a winger who has played football for a good number of years thinks its good to run mid pace with the ball, then STOP!!! while the opposition get back and then try to turn on the "flair". It just doesnt work. Just watch him next game, he ruins nearly every counter attack by stopping with the ball. Im a 6ft4 goalkeeper turned lump up front and i could tactically do a better job than him.

Is it right for me to think Whie and Bookers influence on him is turning him into a ghost of the nippy player he once was.

TO be fair, it's not "disgraceful" really. No-one is forcing these players to play on loan. To be honest, it's the fault of the club and one of THICKY's shit legacies. He pissed his funds up the wall on a shed load of average/unfit/journeyman/expensive loan players who OBVIOUSLY are not going to be as committed as a signed-up equivalent.

That said, get rid of the transfer window. It only encourages thick managers like THICKY to bring them in.
