Smooth or Crunchy

Cant believe there hasn't been a poll on this. How do you like your peanut butter?

I used to alternate between the two but have just realised that I have bought 3 or 4 tubs of smooth on the trot.

Peanut Butter actually has a big effect on my poo, if I have smooth the poo 95% comes out of the other end smooth, however if I have crunchy about 80% of the time it comes out crinklin.
