I remember this time last year we had the "Giving Up" thread.
Who has managed to last a year then?

I gave up last August

still going strong !!!

I think I managed an hour.........but not absolutely certain.

I did it in March last year, and still done it. I don't reckon I'll ever go back to it.

Did it through hypnotherapy, and I thouroughly reccomend it.

I gave up on 17 October 2001. Still get the occasional urge.

I gave up in june using Champix tablets and I can't even stand the smell of them now. I don't get cravings for them either.
I think I can honestly say i'll never smoke again.
