Smart Card top up

Have been trying to top up my smart card but according to the letter you have to click on the smart card image but I can't find the image on the website. Help please, somebody must have done it successfully also will not accept my password but son said he read that if the fan number starts with a 5 you have to tap in another number before the postcode what is that number.

Yes, go to the drop-down menu from 'fans' and choose E-Top-Up. The first time you use it you choose your password, I think.

Found it thanks for the help I will blame son for sending me to the wrong page
