I watched it with the volume down as I'm at work, but I think the general gist was that he is in a lift, and he says how are Brighton going to do, to which the lift says 'going down' - or summat like that.

I'm not sure 'hilarious' warranted being in capitals.

For those that can't be arsed - the bloke says to the camera (in an incredibly bored tone) 'what do you think of Brighton's chances this season?'

He then waits ages until the lift arrived and says 'going down' and replies 'thought so'
