Are you referring to Slade the pop group?
The one that recorded "Look Wot U Dun" and "Coz I Luv You"??
We should have a whip-round to get Slade (the band) to perform the latter, if he does well next season for us.

They all live together in a Woollyhampton Semi; & drink masses of cuppa-soups. I think Don Powell comes down to Hailsham to stock up on Pop-Tarts - as they've exhausted supplies in their own 'hood, somewhat unsurprisingly.

I've got no reason to doubt that Slade will not be in charge then. He's proven he's a good manager. Think DK needs to leave the manager to do his job, even if we get off to a slow start. A bit of stability is needed in the managerial role, and i hope Slade is in for the long-term!
