The website says Slade leaves Albion, the Argus say he was sacked, as does SSN.

If he has been sacked, and not left by his own accord or by mustual consent, do we still have to pay him for 1 and a half years?

The official site says he was 'relieved of his duties'. I'm pretty sure this is the same as being sacked.

And how much have we paid out over the last few years to pay off managers/staff?

Very expensive business indeed.

Bit dissapointed here - I know times are tough but I would have thought Slade would have resigned/mutual consent.

Anyone have any ideas on how much Russell's on?

I imagine it would depend on the contract, if there was a stipulation about conditions on which he could be fired, or his position be reviewed, if there was an early pay off amount stipulated etc. if below X position after Y games pay £Z sort of thing.
